What exactly is a DMC and what does it do?

A Destination Management Company provides local knowledge, a network of suppliers, and operational expertise at the destination to design and execute your program (venues, hotels, logistics, transportation, activities, and production), acting as your “ground crew” from the briefing to the post-event.

How does a DMC differ from a DMO/CVB or an event agency?

The DMO/CVB promotes the destination; the DMC operates your event on site (permits, suppliers, on-site). A creative agency can lead the strategy and rely on the DMC for local execution.

What are your main services?

Venue sourcing and hotels; transportation and transfers; logistics and run of show; AV production; team building/experiences; catering and gala dinners; permits and H&S; sustainability/ESG; budget and supplier management; data/GDPR.

How is the price structured?

We work with management fee and/or model cost + fee with transparency in line items and changes. We detail what the fee includes and what is billed “at cost”.

What do you need to send a proposal within 24–48 hours?

Estimated dates, city/cities (Seville/Marbella), number of attendees and profile, objectives, format (meeting/incentive/congress), budget range, essentials (e.g., gala dinner), brand/ESG policies, and any logistical restrictions.

Is the furniture rental service your own?

That’s right, we are also experts in furniture rental for corporate events. We encourage you to visit our facilities.

Do you conduct site inspections?

Yes. We organize technical visits to venues and hotels, AV tests, and logistics. In Seville, we usually include palaces/historic venues and access to the old town; in Marbella, 5-star hotels, beach clubs, and venues with easy AGP connections.

What group sizes do you handle, and how far in advance should we book?

From board meetings to conventions. Spring and autumn are peak seasons in Andalusia; we recommend booking in advance to ensure allotments and venue availability in Seville/Marbella.

What coverage do you offer in terms of permits, security, and compliance?

Licensing procedures, plans for Health & Safety, accessibility, and coordination with authorities/venues. In Seville, we manage the particularities of the historic center; in Marbella, beach/private venue regulations.
